Rental Information

Included in the rental of The Capitol Room is the following:

• Tables and Chairs

• The ability to use the caterer of your choice. (Your caterer must be licensed and insured in the state of Iowa, and pre-approved.)

• A (1) bartender and set-up (if alcohol is being served, minimums apply.)
  

• Our popular complimentary soft-drink fountain featuring Pepsi products, iced tea, lemonade and water. Refills are unlimited for all guests during the duration of your event.

• A dance floor. From your first dance to the hokey-pokey, twirl the night away on The Capitol Room's dance floor!

The Capitol Room schedules one (1) event per day.
